View Day Wednesday 11th May 2022
Tea, coffee and cakes were served to League members and their guests in the Henry VIII Room, Ground Floor, North Wing from 2-4pm.
League memorabilia was also on sale and proved very popular.
View Day began with activities in the Square from 12noon – 4pm. It was great to see so many members of the current Barts staff taking part. Visitors could hear about the hospital’s achievements during the Covid-19 pandemic.
A very popular ice cream van and two police horses as well as a ” well being ” dog were also on show.
Despite poor weather the events were all well attended and members were all interested to learn of the work going ahead in preparation for the 900 anniversary next year 2023.
