All Day Meeting 14 October 2023 at Guildhall.

Date  – Saturday 14th October 2023

Venue – Guildhall, Basinghall entrance. The Basinghall Street entrance is accessible for anyone with walking aids or wheelchairs, and there is also a lift to take you into the Livery Hall, should you need it

The change in venue is because the Great Hall is closed for refurbishment and we are grateful to the City Corporation for allowing us the use of the Guildhall

Church Service –3.30pm to allow everyone time to get from the Guildhall to St Barts the Great Church, tea will be served in the church Cloisters after the service

Access – We hope that most League members will be able to walk between the Guildhall and the Church, a distance of just over half a mile [15mins walk]. If you are unable to walk we will arrange [at our expense] a shared taxi from the Guildhall to St Barts the Great for you but you MUST reply by email to president@bartsleaguenurses.com (or to the address given to you previously) by Wednesday 20th September 2023. Please also advise us if you use any mobility aids.

We will not be able to arrange a taxi on the day and you must have told us in advance that you need one.

The day starts as usual with coffee at 10.30 am.

The Day will be a chance for the League to preview the 900 video, showing teas from around the world , the afternoon tea on the Thames and View Day. This will be uploaded to the League YouTube channel on the 14 October, the link below will become active at that time.

The Church service, this year in Barts the Great will be live streamed starting at 15.15 pm (service starts at 3.30pm). The service will then be available via the link to the Barts the Great YouTube channel.

Barts memorabilia – Memorabilia will be on sale in the Guildhall [cash or card]. Please note that there will NOT be a bring and buy sale and the Guild Shop will be closed on the day.

Raffle – there will be a CASH ONLY raffle
